What is the return policy?

Our return policy is 12 days. If more than 12 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund nor exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When should I expect to receive my refund?

We will issue your refund for returned items ASAP. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the funds will take 4-7 working days to reach your account. Is an exchange possible?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lashified.info@gmail.com

What items are non-refundable?

We're unable to accept returns for any accessories, swimwear, bras, and bodysuits. All of our face coverings are non-returnable and lastly, all sale items.

How often are new arrivals going live?

There are daily new arrivals being added.

Do you offer same day, local in-store pick up?

Yes! You'll receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up.
